Activate Your License

Activation is handled directly inside the app — no file downloads required.

  1. Open the Bookkeeping OCR app on your computer.
  2. Click Admin Actions in the top navigation bar.
  3. Go to the Activation tab.
  4. Enter your license key (format: BK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and click Activate.
  5. The app will activate instantly and unlock your full license.

Can't find your license key?
It was emailed to you when you purchased. Search your inbox for an email from noreply@bookkeeping-ocr.com with subject "Your Bookkeeping OCR License Key".

Still need help? Email us at support@bookkeeping-ocr.com with your purchase email address and we'll resend your key.
