All paid licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, you'll need to renew to continue receiving updates and support. Your data remains accessible even if you don't renew.

Can I upgrade from BASE to FULL?

Yes! Contact support@bookkeeping-ocr.com with your license key, and we'll provide a prorated upgrade price based on the remaining time on your BASE license.

What happens after 1 year?

After 1 year, your license expires. The app will continue working with the features you purchased, but you won't receive updates or support. You can renew your license to continue receiving updates.

Do I get updates?

Yes! Free updates are included for the duration of your license (1 year). This includes bug fixes, security patches, and new features released during your license period.

Is there a refund policy?
