Known Issues

We're actively working on improvements. Here are some known limitations:

  • OCR Accuracy: Depends on receipt quality. It is not a perfect process. That is why we additionally include vendor and pattern matching along with attaching the image of the receipt into the application for processing.
  • Large Receipt Image Processing: Very high-resolution images (>10MB) may take longer to process. We recommend resizing images before upload.
