Known Issues
We're actively working on improvements. Here are some known limitations:
- OCR Accuracy on Handwritten Receipts: Current OCR works best with printed text. Handwriting recognition is being improved in a future update.
- Multi-User Sync Requires Manual Reload: When using BUSINESS licenses with shared databases, users need to manually refresh to see changes made by others. Automatic sync coming in v3.1.
- Large Receipt Image Processing: Very high-resolution images (>10MB) may take longer to process. We recommend resizing images before upload.
